I have a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, which has given me advanced training in multiple psychotherapeutic frameworks, including psychodynamic, cognitive‑behavioural, existential and interpersonal approaches. I integrate these perspectives with general psychiatry, using medication when appropriate, but always as part of a broader understanding of your life, relationships, and emotional history.

I have more than 15 years of experience working in Australia and Brazil. This cross‑cultural experience gives me a particular appreciation for the ways language, culture, and migration can shape a person’s understanding of mental health and treatment. I am comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds, including migrants, asylum seekers, and LGBTQA+ individuals. I am fluent in English and Portuguese.
